Through the use of technology, I have been very successful with remote Reiki Therapy. Energy is directed through distant energy work using Reiki symbols. The intuitive nature of this work is powerful for me, it is what I have been called to do.
Balance is needed in physical and emotional health. Reiki is a health-increasing system that promotes balance in the body, mind, and spirit for your best overall function. Reiki Energy Work stimulates the natural restorative processes of the body to improve health and helps control pain, discomfort, anxiety, and stress. Reiki Energy Work may also increase the effects of traditional medical treatments.
The strong flow of positive energy may bring an instantaneous feeling of relief as it helps you to release tension. This can diminish the impact of stress and replace adverse energy with positive.

First, we talk There is a massage table set up on which you lay fully clothed for the session. We usually start with breathwork, relaxation, and clearing the chakras. Then we turn our attention to the body and anything we have talked about. This is an initiative practice, we will go where we are guided. Ann Marie uses a hands-on method, Michelle uses a hovering method and we move our hands about the body. We also use an essential oil, stones, and any other tools I feel will be beneficial.

Reiki Training and Attunements unlock and expand the Universal Life Force Energy in each of us. The attunement opens and connects you to infinite opportunities. Once you have your first attunement to Reiki Energy all you need to do is place your hands on any living creature and direct the energy to flow. Some visualize the flow of energy to begin, and others like to say to themselves “Reiki On” or you can use a variation of any of these.
Through this training, you will:
Become more aware of the energy already within you.
- Study the origins of Reiki, how it works, and how to use it.
- Come to understand and use this energy for yourself and others.
- Open your intuition along with your connection to the universe
- Use this connection in self-care and sharing it with those you care for.
Reiki is meant for everyone.
Reik Training to Level I (one) includes:
- Two Reiki manuals, the original given to Ann Marie and the one that Michelle and Ann Marie wrote.
- A one-hour personal healing session.
- Unlimited text and emails during your training.
- A second session for healing and the first attunement in one.
Attunement to Level I - $225.
Reiki Training to Level II (two) includes:
- You already have the manuals.
- A one-hour personal healing session.
- Unlimited text and emails during your training.
- A second session and the second attunement in one.
Attunement to Level II - $225
Michelle and Ann Marie both train to Reiki Level III Master/Teacher. This training takes longer and involves more one-to-one time. Ask either of us if you are interested.

Night Healing
Night healing is a before bed 45 min Reiki session that allows you to shift your energy and hold that shift through the night. Working directly with you on the phone we can bring balance and relaxation. Work on anything you like. Slow the busy mind and relax the body.
Protect Your Empathic Self
This 45 min remote session will give you the tools to protect your aura, your energy, and your own emotions. As an empath, you can strengthen your energy fields to help navigate the emotions and energies of others. Protecting yourself is the key to processing all that you encounter.
