I work remotely via the phone, you get to meet me where you are. I have been conducting energy therapy and coaching remotelysince the beginning. Remote Energy Therapy is a calling and it works. I have been called a powerful healer. Healing happens through me and with me. I am an intuitive working with the intuitive nature of the Reiki and Coaching. It is just more powerful and comprehensive when the session is by phone.

What can a coach do for me?

A coach gives support in finding and staying on your path. By building a relationship with my clients, I help them to move through difficult times and changes in their lives. Creating a sacred space for each client to discover themselves in a way they have not have thought of before.

What can Reiki do for me?

I describe it this way: Reiki Energy Therapy is the exchange of the energy you carry for fresh clear energy. This will be relaxing and can help to relieve tension and stress. When we let go of tension and stress we support the body in its ability to function correctly. It also enhances what you are already doing to improve your life, physically, mentally emotionally, and spiritually. Within my office, I have created an environment meant for relaxing and healing. Through remote Reiki energy therapy, I provide, kind and gentle support, so that you may master the wellness within you.

What kind of commitment do I need to make?

We collaborate to determine the commitment that is right for you. It can be as little as one or two sessions or grow into an entire support plan for making the changes you seek.

How does remote Reiki work?

I work remotely, it does not matter where you are located. I use the phone for the distance connection.

How remote works: When you are interested in my services and have reached out to me, I email you an agreement to sign and return. Then you choose a package or individual appointment and we set a date and time to hold our session using the phone. The day before our scheduled time together I will send a reminder to you through text or email. When we meet by phone I will text you when I am ready and can call me when you are ready.

Make sure you are in a comfortable place, whatever is comfortable for you. I have worked with people in their offices, living rooms, and even a car. You pick your comfortable place. You can have music, candles, or even a diffuser, whatever helps you to relax.

We will chat for a bit to catch up. This allows you to let me know what you want to work on. We will work together with the Reiki and then we will complete our session by discussing what came up, what has been felt, and maybe some work that can be done between sessions.
